MNP appointed on circa £15m SGUL scheme

January 11th, 2010

Following on from our earlier feasibility studies, St.Georges University London (SGUL) have appointed MNP for the proposed 80,000 sq ft refurbishment of the Jenner wing.  MNP have been working with SGUL and the project team since 2007 and engineered the recently completed entrance project.

The team comprising MNP, Watts Group, Mott MacDonald, Dyer Architects and NDY have commenced detailed feasibility studies to upgrade the Category II and III laboratories, meeting rooms and circulation space.  The brief includes a detailed back analysis of the existing building to confirm load capacity and potential opportunities for future development.
