In the summer of 2018, we continued to expand our geographical base by opening an office in Manchester at no.1 St. Peter’s Square. This is in the heart of Manchester and places us within a stone’s throw of our growing client base. As our business grows, we are finding that the geographical location of our clients and projects are becoming less London centric, and a base in the north helps us efficiently support our network of clients and projects.
Manchester is currently the largest and fastest growing economy outside of London, with a proud tradition of entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation. The city has transformed itself into one of Europe’s most dynamic and exciting cities in which to live and work. Being the at the heart of the Northern Powerhouse, the UK government is providing funds for investment in skills, innovation, transport and culture.
We continue to build our share of the market and have maintained a base of work exceeding £1.4bn in construction cost. These projects range in scale and sector from 36 storey residential towers in London and Manchester, the largest Jaguar Land Rover showroom in Europe, a 3-acre mixed use campus in Hammersmith, London’s only Bugatti centre, Soho House Hotels, large office developments for WeWork as well as continuing our 20-year association with the Duke of Westminster as we look after many developments on the Grosvenor Estate
