Richard has over 25 years of experience in the Civil Engineering consulting industry.

He joined MNP in 2018 and heads up the Civil Engineering team, developing pre- and post-planning Flood Risk Assessments, SuDS and drainage infrastructure.

Richard has negotiated many complex planning, environmental, building regulation and adoption approvals with the Environment Agency, Water Authorities and Utilities Companies.
