Our work has started on Phase 1 to regenerate a residential area with associated amenity in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham.
The development will consist of 201 homes with private amenity, communal courtyards with an integrated recreational area, and podium gardens. The development comprises of 4 buildings from 3 storey townhouses up to 13 storey apartment blocks. The frames are designed to minimise the carbon footprint as much as possible.
Sustainable civil engineering has been utilised across the site by a combination of green roofs, submerged planting, permeable paving and below ground attenuation to store rainwater, reducing run off to surrounding areas. All based on future climate change requirements.
We commenced work in the Autumn of 2019 and is due to complete in 2022.
