Steve has over 30 years experience in structural design and the management of multidisciplinary teams in the UK and overseas. His experience includes high-rise towers up to 400m, the iconic Ritz Carlton Hotel in Dubai, residential, education and football stadium developments.

Steve joined MNP in 2011 and is responsible for company-wide graduate training and development.
