Frank is a Founder and Director of MNP. A Chartered Structural Engineer with over 40 years experience working on the design and construction of offices, retail and industrial buildings, schools and leisure facilities, multi-storey residential developments and basements. He has directed projects all over the UK and in Europe and has been an examiner for the Institution of Structural Engineers.
