We were appointed to re-engineer this 36 storey, 117m tall residential tower to simplify the construction and value engineer the post tensioned RC frame in advance of supporting the project through construction.
Our engineering teams completed complex negotiations with Network Rail as the site sits next to a railway viaduct. Approvals have now been obtained by our specialist team of engineers with in-house Cat II checks.
When it’s completed, the building will be home to 327 studio, one and two-bedroom apartments across 252,000 sq ft of floor area.
This project is due to start on-site at the end of Q2 2022.
