Argo House

Designing a contemporary residential block above Thames Water North Western Relief Sewer

Argo House is a contemporary development of one, two and three-bedroom apartments in North West London. We helped design the 150m long, timber frame four-storey block.

We played a lead role, making sure sequential ground movements along the sewer met with stringent Thames Water criteria. We made sure the crown loading weight was kept to a limit so as not to damage the tunnel, we also checked that contractor packages complied with asset protection measures for vibration and movement monitoring.

Clear and precise planning helped this project come to completion without a hitch. Now, the beautifully designed block is ready for new owners and tenants to 112 modern homes.
