Argo House

Designing a contemporary residential block above Thames Water North Western Relief Sewer

Argo House is a contemporary development of one, two and three-bedroom apartments in North West London. We helped design the 150m long, timber frame four-storey block for 112 homes.

We played a lead role, making sure sequential ground movements along the sewer met with stringent Thames Water criteria. We made sure the crown loading weight was kept to a limit so as not to damage the tunnel, and we also checked that contractor packages complied with asset protection measures for vibration and movement monitoring.
