Repairing and refurbishing two Grade I-listed buildings in London’s finest Georgian square.

Given the listed status of both buildings, we approached the office refurbishment with the utmost sensitivity. We assessed the existing structure and detailed plans to rebuild a chimney, strengthen floors and repair the cantilever stone staircase. Finally, the ornate 1781 plasterwork ceilings were restored giving 6,636 sq ft of contemporary office space spread across six floors and a private courtyard.

Working with The Bedford Estates this created the perfect balance of old and new.
