Steve has over 30 years experience in structural design and the management of multidisciplinary teams in the UK and overseas. His experience includes high rise residential and commercial developments, hotels (including the iconic Ritz Carlton Hotel in Dubai), and educational facilities.

Steve joined MNP in 2011 and is responsible for delivering our chartered training and mentoring programme for graduates.
