Frank Navarro, Director
BSc(Eng) CEng MIStructE

Frank is a Chartered Structural Engineer with a wide experience of new build offices, retail and industrial projects, new basements and multi-storey residential developments. Frank’s historic building experience includes sensitive new-build projects at Leeds Prison and the Tower of London. He has directed projects all over the UK and in Europe, and has been an examiner for the Institution of Structural Engineers.

Stuart Pledge, Director

Stuart is a Chartered Structural Engineer with extensive experience of commercial and retail projects in the UK and overseas, as well as engineering over 30 educational buildings, several luxury houses and major residential developments.  He was project Director for design of the £300m Expo building in Benghazi which included a main conference and retail structure over 1km long, with a 160m tall national pavilion building.

Martin King, Associate

Martin worked at two of the top engineering practices in London for over 20 years before joining MNP in 2007. His background is in CAD management and 3D modelling as well as engineering. Notable projects are education buildings and major housing developments, for which he has applied a particular interest in design for sustainability.



 

Stephen Vernon, Associate

Stephen is a Chartered Civil and Structural Engineer with a proven ability to deliver solutions in the UK and Middle East markets.  With over 20 years of experience working with international consultancies and world-class architectural practices, his broad experience includes the design of high rise towers up to 400m in height, the iconic DIFC Ritz Carlton Hotel in Dubai, as well as UK residential, education and football stadium developments.


 

David Byrne, Project Engineer

David is a Chartered Structural Engineer who has worked on hospitals, shopping centres, large-scale commercial, mixed use and high rise developments. He has strong capability in 3D modelling and analysis, including design of substantial projects the National Supreme Court in Tripoli and the Libyan Trade Fair in Benghazi.


 

James Lennon, Project Engineer

He is particularly skilled in resolving the wide variety of challenges faced in listed buildings and conservation projects. 


 

Lloyd Robinson, Project Engineer

Lloyd has a degree in Civil Engineering and is a part time student at City University studying for an MSc in Structural Engineering. He is a graduate member of the IStructE currently working towards chartership. Since joining MNP in 2006 he has worked on listed buildings, schools, commercial and retail projects and high end residential developments. 


 

Ieuan Morgan, Engineer
BEng (Hons) MSc(Eng)

Ieuan holds a degree in Architectural Engineering, passed his MSc in Structural Engineering with Distinction and is currently working towards membership of the Institution of Structural Engineers. He has experience of mixed-use developments, large scale local housing projects as well as commercial refurbishments and development of luxury private houses.


 

James Parkin, Engineer

James has a degree in Architectural and Structural Engineering and is a graduate member of the IStructE currently working towards chartership. He has worked on a variety of listed buildings, as well as new build developments including schools and commercial properties. He has a particular interest in the relationship between engineering and architecture.


 

Alex Booyse, CAD Technician

Alex has over 18 years experience of detailing reinforced concrete structures in apartment buildings, underground car parks and retail office spaces. He spent several years working in-house for a major electrical retailer on new build, refurbishment and extension projects.


 

Simon Fielden, CAD Technician

For over 15 years, Simon has designed a wide range of building elements in colleges, international hotels, shopping centres and retail premises for high-street brands. Simon is adept in 3D modelling and rapid design, having produced drawings for many quick turn-round programmes.


 

Jeffrin Simon, CAD Technician

Jeffrin started his career with three years in India, followed by eight years in the United Arab Emirates, designing roads, a bridge interchange and major utility projects. Since joining MNP in 2008, he has applied his extensive expertise in design, including Tekla 3D modelling, to civil and structural elements in many commercial and public sector buildings.


 

Vanessa Weller, Office Manager

With almost 20 years of secretarial and office managerial experience Vanessa ensures paperwork, systems and accounts are managed efficiently.  In the role of Office Manager, Vanessa has a specific responsibility for the payroll and accounting functions and has contributed many improvements to the business since joining in 2003.



 

Louise Beddall, PA to Directors

Louise has over 10 years experience of a wide range of secretarial and administration roles in the City. In her role as PA to Directors, Louise manages project bids and pre-qualification documents as well as events and general administration to ensure the practice runs effectively.
