He has directed projects all over the UK and in Europe, and has been an examiner for the Institution of Structural Engineers.

Martin King, Associate Director
Martin worked at two of the top engineering practices in London for over 20 years before joining MNP in 2007. His background is in CAD management and 3D modelling as well as engineering. Notable projects are education buildings and major housing developments, for which he has applied a particular interest in design for sustainability.

Stephen is a Chartered Civil and Structural Engineer with a proven ability to deliver solutions in the UK and Middle East markets. With over 20 years of experience working with international consultancies and world-class architectural practices, his broad experience includes the design of high rise towers up to 400m in height, the iconic DIFC Ritz Carlton Hotel in Dubai, as well as UK residential, education and football stadium developments.
Kennedy C Lupindula, Associate

Kennedy is a Chartered Structural and Civil Engineer with over 25 years experience in designing residential, industrial, commercial and public buildings including hospitals, prisons and student accommodation in the UK & Overseas. He is effective in Project Management, skilled in using Finite Element software and is involved in mentoring. In addition to working for Arup for ten years in Southern Africa, he has over 11 years UK experience including 4 previous years with MNP.
James Lennon, Associate

James is a Chartered Structural Engineer and has worked on many projects including listed buildings, schools, office refurbishments, retail premises, industrial units, shopping centres and luxury private houses. He is particularly skilled in resolving the wide variety of challenges faced in listed buildings and conservation projects.
Dr. William Wang, Senior Engineer
PhD MEng BEng (Hons)
William Wang joined MNP in January following 10 years in major UK structural engineering practices, designing major commercial and retail projects in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and China. Having read for a PhD in Structural Engineering at Strathclyde following a successful career in a Chinese multi-disciplinary practice, William has designed hotels, offices, residential buildings, schools, hospitals, bridges and water retaining structures.
David Gale, Senior Engineer
David is an Associate Member of The Institution of Structural Engineers with over 25 years experience in engineering consultancy. He has a broad experience of residential, educational, retail, commercial and industrial projects, including a variety of projects for Ford in Dagenham and Halewood.
Lloyd Robinson, Senior Engineer
PGDip BEng (Hons)
Lloyd has a degree in Civil Engineering and is a part time student at City University studying for an MSc in Structural Engineering. He is a graduate member of the IStructE currently working towards chartership. Since joining MNP in 2006 he has worked on listed buildings, schools, commercial and retail projects and high end residential developments.
Nicholas Hardy, Senior Engineer
MEng (Hons) ACSM
Having graduated as a mining engineer from Camborne School of Mines, Nicholas specialises in civil and structural engineering design. He has worked on diverse projects such as reservoirs, power stations, airport signage as well as structures for several multi-storey concrete frame residential buildings. Nicholas also has experience in supervising design teams, resource planning and technical guidance.
Kristian Holness-Dove, Project Engineer
Kristian has a degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Liverpool and is a graduate member of the IStructE. He is working toward Chartership and hopes to take the professional examination in 2013. He has particular experience in the retail and commercial sectors having worked on many large supermarket developments.
Jack Howard, Project Engineer
Jack is working towards MIStructE, having achieved a first-class Honours degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Plymouth. Jack is highly competent in 3D structural analysis and has designed complex frames for commercial buildings, a shopping centre and car park, as well as Sylling House; a Corten steel clad timber-frame eco house in Norway. Jack is also a keen cyclist and musician.
Parag Sidbpura, Project Engineer
Parag graduated in 2004 with a BEng Mechanical Engineering degree and joined RMD Kwikform designing temporary works for challenging civil engineering projects. In 2008 he moved to multidisciplinary architectural firm Foggo Asssociates working as a structural engineer. During this period he completed a BEng Civil Engineering degree and moved to Price and Myers where he integrated BIM with structural analysis on complex and challenging structural engineering projects.
Ravi Uppar, Project Engineer
BEng MSc MICE
Following experience in India with international consulting engineers Royal HaskoningDHV, Ravi completed a Masters degree in Structural Engineering in 2008 at the University of Salford. Ravi has worked as a project engineer on a wide range of schemes including bridges, residential developments and temporary works structures. In his spare time, Ravi plays village cricket having been part of Peterborough’s first XI.
Rob Ellis, Project Engineer
Robert has a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Liverpool and has since worked for a market leading engineering consultancy involved in design and inspection of theme park rides throughout the world. He led a university project to construct a scale version of the Millau Viaduct and is a keen sportsman, having been school captain of cricket, football and swimming teams.
Tom Georgakopoulos, Project Engineer
With an MSc in civil and structural engineering from Thessaloniki, Tom has a wealth of experience of design, construction and site supervision of major hotel projects, industrial and commercial buildings as a freelance engineer. Tom specialises in reinforced concrete design, is proficient in structural analysis packages and CAD, and enjoys rock climbing and fell running in his spare time.
Matt Lockwood, Engineer

Matt joined MNP in November 2014 having worked for a major civil engineering practice on bridge projects throughout the UK. A graduate from Kingston University with a BEng (Hons) in civil engineering, Matt competes in triathlons having been a keen rugby player.
Simba Mupani, Engineer
MSc BEng (Hons)
Simba completed an MSc in Structural Engineering at the University of Surrey in 2015, having previously graduated with a BEng in Civil Engineering from University of Portsmouth. Simba has worked on a variety of design projects during two work placements with MNP, confirming a strong aptitude for structural design.
Andrew Ho, Engineer
Andrew joined MNP having worked with AECOM in Hong Kong, designing the structure for a new major residential and hotel combined development. He also had experience in carrying out structural modifications for existing buildings in Hong Kong. Andrew is interested in high rise construction and is becoming proficient in Tekla 3D modelling.
Natasha Brown, Engineer
Having been a work experience student with MNP, Natasha has rejoined the company with an MEng Engineering degree from Durham university, specialising in Civil Engineering. Natasha is supporting a range of residential projects with structural design and Tekla modelling.
Lee Hobbs, Engineer
Lee started his career as a carpenter specialising in all forms of roof construction, and changed tack to graduate with a first-class honours degree in civil engineering from London South Bank University. He was an outstanding student, winning awards in 2015 for Best Civil Engineering Student from both the university and the Institution of Civil Engineers. Having been a placement student with MNP in summer 2014, Lee is now working on a diverse range of projects, specialising in tall building design. He continues to study, for a master’s degree in structural engineering.
Shelter Dube, Senior Structural Technician

Shelter has over 24 years experience working on commercial developments, healthcare and educational facilities, industrial, public and residential buildings. Highly skilled in Revit (BIM), CADS RC, AutoCAD and several other packages, Shelter is an expert in reinforcement drawings and has given lectures to the Association of Consulting Engineers of Ireland. Having worked for Arup in Southern Africa for 14 years and Ireland for 7 years, Shelter joined MNP in 2013.
Hercules Santiago, Structural Technician

Hercules has over 20 years experience in detailing structures for government buildings, schools, commercial, industrial and residential buildings. Having worked across the UK including Northern Ireland for major companies including AECOM, Waterman and Capita Symonds, Hercules has contributed to high profile projects including BIM design of Wimbledon Centre Court roof. Hercules takes an interest in the coordination and collaboration of 3D modelling and is proficient in Revit Structure 2014, AutoCAD 2014 and CSC 3D plus software.
Alex Booyse, CAD Technician
Alex has over 20 years experience of detailing reinforced concrete structures in apartment buildings, underground car parks and retail office spaces. He spent several years working in-house for a major electrical retailer on new build, refurbishment and extension projects.
Simon Fielden, CAD Technician
For over 16 years, Simon has designed a wide range of building elements in colleges, international hotels, shopping centres and retail premises for high-street brands. Simon is adept in 3D modelling and rapid design, having produced drawings for many quick turn-round programmes.
Jeffrin Simon, CAD Technician
Jeffrin started his career with three years in India, followed by eight years in the United Arab Emirates, designing roads, a bridge interchange and major utility projects. Since joining MNP in 2008, he has applied his extensive expertise in design, including Tekla 3D modelling, to civil and structural elements in many commercial and public sector buildings.
Gary Saraiva, CAD Technician
Gary has over 8 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors, producing structural and infrastructural detailing drawings for a broad range of residential, tourist and commercial buildings in the Algarve. Having played badminton at regional and national level, Gary also enjoys cycling and football.
James Evangeli, Apprentice CAD Technician
James Evangeli was recruited as an apprentice in 2013 and has developed his skills to become a capable CAD technician, supporting temporary works design and producing 3D visualisation models for a range of projects. In his spare time, James works on classic car restoration projects and is an active member of the Morris Minor Owners’ Club.
Vanessa Weller, Office Manager
With almost 20 years of secretarial and office managerial experience Vanessa ensures paperwork, systems and accounts are managed efficiently. In the role of Office Manager, Vanessa has a specific responsibility for the payroll and accounting functions and has contributed many improvements to the business since joining in 2003.
Louise Beddall, PA to Directors
Louise has over 10 years experience of a wide range of secretarial and administration roles in the City. In her role as PA to Directors, Louise manages project bids and pre-qualification documents as well as events and general administration to ensure the practice runs effectively.
Katja Kokosin, Admin Assistant
Katja has over 10 years’ experience of administration and customer facing roles, including 5 years as manager of a busy coffee shop. With qualifications in business management and IT user skills, Katja supports proposals and accounts and coordinates all aspects of project record keeping.
