Engineering a new space from an old building is always an exciting opportunity. We expanded the building by adding a vertical extension, lowering the basement and relocating the core to create four floors of open plan offices. We replaced the 1980s façade with elegant black panels framed in bronze.
With Maple + Midford in Fitzrovia, we had the chance to engineer a truly modern workplace from a remarkable Victorian building.
