MNP 120 Moorgate

120 Moorgate

Transforming a 1960s example of Sir Edwin Lutyens’ grand style of architecture into a co-working space

We engineered a comprehensive refurbishment across this 135,000 sq ft, 8 storeys and triple basement 1960s building. Work includes a modern, Lutyens-inspired stone façade, rooftop plant room conversions to add co-working offices with new ground floor retail space, and a gym.

By working in collaboration with Darling Associates for this build we are ensuring that WeWorks latest office space will be a welcome addition to its growing portfolio.
