Complex Cat A conversion combining two adjacent buildings
This Cat A conversion into high specification offices was a complex project which involved creating a single office development from 2 adjacent buildings on a tight city centre site.
Modifications were extremely challenging, requiring temporary and permanent structures to maintain stability. Level changes between the 2 buildings also needed to be addressed.
