London Luton Airport Drop Off Zone

Convenient option for passengers flying from LLA

Our Civils team carried out the detailed design for the express drop off zone at London Luton Airport, and supported Ryebridge through the construction phase. Works included external levels, highway and drainage design.

In response to the fire at the Multi Storey Car Park 2, this temporary drop off zone was conceived, designed and delivered in under 4 months, opening in July 2024.

LLA received the Airport Achievement Award at the Aviation Industry Awards 2025 to celebrate the rapid re-construction.
