James joined MNP in 2021 and has a wide range of knowledge gained from working as a technician before progressing to a design engineering role.

He has experience in a variety of sectors from small scale residential, to larger projects such as stadiums, training grounds, and hotels. These projects included refurbishments to existing buildings, some of which were listed so required cautious & inventive engineering.
