Ashidmaa joined MNP in 2024, having previously worked for one of Japan's most prestigious architectural firms where she played a key role in several high-profile projects.  Her work involved designing and conducting structural analysis for large-scale educational facilities, high-rise office buildings up to 300m, research facilities exceeding 15,000 sq.m, and data centres with seismic isolation structures.

Ashidmaa is excited to bring her expertise to the UK.
