New 180 bed PBSA scheme

New residential development located approx. 80m away from Hendon Central Underground Station, and neighbouring Northern line tunnels. The scheme consists of one block of student accommodation with two different heights; one section of the building being 8 storeys, and the other 5 storeys with a basement level. A retail unit will be located on the ground floor.

The building design has been developed to mitigate risk to the tunnel construction. In order to avoid loading the tube line, the building will step up and cantilever over the tunnels.
Around 25% of the building cantilevers over the shallow tunnels.

The development is due to be completed by Q3 2027.
