New 7 storey 72 unit student accommodation block near Euston Square station, including roof terrace amenity area, and single level basement which will house music rooms along with building services.

The existing site is occupied by a small below street level open car park and vehicle access ramp, which is to be maintained throughout construction. The super-structure will consist of either a flat-slab reinforced concrete frame with a transfer structure at first floor level to allow for the passage of a ramp, or a light gauge modular metal frame. Both schemes have undergone embodied carbon calculation to assess carbon emissions and material usage.
