MREFIII forward funded the development of a 280 unit build to rent scheme adjacent to the Stephenson Quarter in Newcastle. Moorfield worked in association with Worthington Properties and Panacea Property Development.
We provided Technical Audit duties to ensure the development proceeded with the best and most economical practices in mind. We managed complex negotiations with the Coal Authority to assess historical mine workings underneath the proposed building.
