A new mixed-use hotel development located in the heart of Putney High Street

The scheme comprises a purpose-built, nine-storey reinforced concrete structure, including a basement and roof level. The building occupies the full site footprint to maximise the number of hotel rooms and incorporates a stepped façade design towards the roof to respond to its urban context.

The development provides retail and office accommodation at ground and first floor levels, with the basement and upper floors dedicated to hotel use.
