Stephan joined us in 2025 and is a keen STEM Ambassador and active Graduate member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, alongside being Vice Chair of Membership for the ICE Early Careers Network (ECN) in London.

His experience spans residential, commercial, and industrial projects involving new build, refurbishment, and demolition across concrete, steel, and masonry structures. Proficient in Finite Element Analysis and CAD tools, Stephan embraces technical challenges and adopts a proactive approach to solving complex problems.
