Mats joined MNP in 2023 having previously gained experience with projects ranging from small-scale structural inspections and refurbishments, up to complex 14-storey steel and reinforced concrete frames, and luxury private estates up to £100m in value.   He has also worked on the refurbishment and modification of Grade II listed buildings, such as the old Regal Cinema in Kingston.

He is looking forward to broadening his experience further at MNP as the limits of structural design keep getting pushed, driven by the need to build taller, more efficient, and increasingly complex structures.

Mats has been a Graduate member of the IStructE North Thames Regional Group since 2018 and is working towards completing the professional review interview and associated exam to become a chartered structural engineer.
