Joined MNP in 2018 after graduating from Heriot-Watt University.
In Euan's 3 years of experience, he has previously worked on a variety of design projects during two summer work placements with us, confirming a strong aptitude for structural design.
In May 2020, Euan's Twickenham Riverside Development model was shortlisted for the UK Tekla Modelling Awards 2020, in the Structural Design Category, with a further nomination for a Public’s Choice award. In July of 2020 we were pleased to be awarded the Public Vote for this model.
In June 2020, Euan won the IStructE Pai Lin Li Travel Grant for 2020 for writing a paper on recycled plastic bricks. Later this year we hope he will be able to travel to Columbia and then onto the Ivory Coast to watch them being manufactured. He will see first hand how these products are being used in collaboration with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), to construct educational spaces in the Ivory Coast. Hopefully, Euan will be able to complete the travel study in November and he then faces writing a technical report and presenting to the IStructE early in 2021.
