Award win for the Welcome Building!

We’re delighted that the Welcome Building won the Commercial Development Project Award at the RICS Awards last night, with Director Steve Vernon (3rd from left) in attendance to enjoy the celebrations!

With the target of operating as net zero, particular engineering focus was given to promote biodiversity and sustainability, with material weights and volumes optimised to reduce carbon impact.
