Regeneration scheme to improve the lives of existing residents by providing high quality, energy efficient social housing amongst a residential-led mixed use development.

Current dwellings will be demolished to make room for the new homes – just over 2000 in total, with 53% affordable housing – in a range of blocks, up to 26 storeys. Amongst the development will be a community centre, nursery and commercial floorspace, along with enhanced green spaces and play equipment.
