We’re delighted to see our projects continue to be recognised with awards success!
King’s Road in Haringey recently won a Housing Design Award. The development will provide 9 energy efficient family homes for social rent, with Passivhaus principles shaping the design of the scheme. The use of Lowie bricks, as opposed to standard fire masonry, saves 70% of carbon emissions, and we have worked with the design team to ensure high insulation standards are balanced with measures to prevent overheating. Completion is scheduled for Q4 2027.
Meanwhile Botanical Place in West Byfleet won both “Later Living/Supported Living Design of the Year” and “Best Public Realm and Placemaking” at the 2026 British Homes Awards. The urban retirement village opened in May 2026, providing 197 high quality homes and is designed to be net zero over its operational life span – a UK first for a later living development.
Congratulations to both project teams!
