Callum has experience managing restoration and construction projects, providing him with valuable insight into construction methods, site operations and the practical delivery of structural works, particularly in the context of historic buildings. Callum first joined MNP for a period of work experience, developing his understanding of structural design and analysis, before joining us after graduating in 2026.
