We’ve been included in the Building Good Employer Guide 2026! The directory, which can be viewed here, showcases employers within the built environment industry who provide inclusive and supportive workplaces, and invest in their teams.

All companies listed in the directory completed a survey, with the answers used to identify trends amongst the data relating to aspects such as work-life balance and training.

We’re proud to have established a team at MNP where a third of our colleagues have been at the company for over 10 years, and we continue to develop our growing team with regular training and opportunities for graduates to start their career in the industry.
