Grad Day 2025

Our graduates came together in Hitchin last week for our annual Graduate Day, where we covered a range of topics from negotiating and communication skills, to AI and Approximate Methods of Analysis. Stuart Pledge gave a business and commercial update, before we ended the day with a visit to Luton Airport to see the completed rebuild of Multi Storey Car Park 2 – a hugely significant project for the company over the last couple of years.

We strongly believe in empowering our graduates to thrive and grow in their careers, and we could not do this without the fantastic mentors in our team providing support and training. Thank you to David Rafferty and James Norris for organising the day!
