You must be an experienced AutoCAD Technician with excellent drafting skills and desire to progress. 3d modeling experience (3d+) would be an advantage but not essential. As a key member of the team you will be liaising with colleagues, Clients and consultants and must have excellent communication skills.

Minimum 2 years post graduate experience within a Structural engineering design office. You must be broadly trained to work on a variety of schemes within the new build, conservation and refurbishment sectors. You must be proficient with AutoCAD and capable of designing in all core materials. Experience with design and analysis software would be an advantage. (TEDDS, Fastrak, Orion)

You will be experienced with running managing/motivating a team of Engineers and technicians to deliver high quality projects (to our Clients) on time and on budget.

As well as being an excellent designer across all sectors of work you will have a proven commercial track record and possess first class communication skills.
