MNP managed structural design for demolition and reconstruction for this 5 month project, working directly for joint contractors Studio2000 and Tecnoarredamenti, and alongside architects Househam Henderson.

Situated on Sloane Street’s Cadogen Estate, this 4 storey conversion of basement, ground floor, mezzanine and first floor involved removing the internal fabric to install new floors and maximise headroom whilst the 2 storeys above remained occupied. This 12,000 sq ft shop also sees a central decorative torsion staircase and 3 lift shafts installed, as well as general improvements to the back-of-house areas.
