Background:

17 Devonshire Square is an elegant building overlooking the quiet Edwardian square between Liverpool Street station and Shoreditch in the City of London. Working with Trident project managers, TateHindle Architects and Cundalls M&E, MNP designed the structure for a rear extension and Category A office fit out. The project involved removing the existing stability core and constructing a new core in a rear extension.

This heavy ‘cut and carve’ project involves complex designs to open out office space. The refurbished building has retained historical features with contemporary open plan areas and exposed concrete foundations.

With a total floor area of 6,163 sq ft, the building comprises of two basement floors plus a ground floor and five upper storeys.
