Background:

This 32,000 sq ft 6-storey building, adjacent to Edgware Road and Marble Arch was remodelled to create a new entrance, accessed by a glass bridge, which floats above a sunken courtyard. A stylish, open-plan reception area now greets visitors to the luxury offices which have been modernised throughout.

The new courtyard includes decking and seating areas, with wood mantles to make a feature of vents to the underground car park. An elegant steel and glass staircase descends into this light-well, complementing the glass bridge and contemporary interior.

MNP worked closely on this Design and Build project with fit-out contractor BWI and project manager Savills.  Engineers at MNP detailed a new structure throughout these modern offices which were finished to Category A standard.
