Grade I listed 18 Bedford Square is one of the central, Neo-Grecian style blocks in the first garden square to be built in London. Working again with The Bedford Estates and Garnett + Partners architects, MNP designed the structure for a large contemporary rear extension and general refurbishment to enhance the property.

Early 20th Century buildings to the rear of the property have been removed to make way for the modern extension, which features a glass wall overlooking a new landscaped courtyard garden. A combination of traditional and modern materials was carefully chosen.

This is the second time MNP have worked on this property, having been involved in a previous refurbishment in 2001.
