Background:
A major fire partly destroyed the 7 storey building in the heart of the West End. Due to the severity of the fire MNP reported on the condition of the remaining structure and the subsequent phased demolition. Structural design for the seven storey building has presented numerous challenges with long spanning ultra shallow floors, complex party wall conditions, Crossrail and the Central line. MNP have successfully liaised and negotiated with a mix of third parties and statutory undertakers to ensure a smooth programme.
