On Sunday 4th October 2009 Frank Navarro and Stuart Pledge competed in the Standalone 10k race. This is a race organised by the North Herts Road Runners.

We have raised over £3000 for The Stroke Association whose carers do a great deal of work looking after stroke sufferers.  Stu finished in a time of 55 minutes 25 secs and Frank finished in 61 minutes 33 secs.  1008 people took part and we finished 669th and 851st.
