MNP have been appointed on the c.£10m scheme to provide a mix of 118 luxury and affordable appartments.  The 1920's building is typically Art Deco and is to be partly demolished and re-constructed.  Substantial re-modelling of the existing building will be undertaken with removal of main cores plus vertical extensions up to 3 storeys tall. All work will be undertaken above occupied retail units.
